If you utilise the contact form the website will collect your firstname, lastname and email address. This will pass through to our hosting provider and then to our email account. None of this information will be disclosed to the upmost of our knowledge. The people with access to this email account are those affiliated with this website and no one else.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Also the hosting provider TechCare does their upmost to keep content as secure as they know how by automating regular updates of WordPress, PHP, and other software required to allow this website to function.

Our current policy for any known data breaches is that we will bring the website down. Ascertain what happened and contact any/all people with information as to what has happened and the best of our ability what has happened.
